She served on the Pismo Coast Board of Realtors during the height of the real estate boom. Trish excels in acquisition and sales of residential, land and development. She gifts her clients with creativity in putting transactions together, finding the appropriate funding with firm but fair negotiating skills. Trish resides in Arroyo Grande with her family and is involved with showing and promoting Australian Cattle Dogs.
CJ Claassen License#1274125…a 3rd generation Central Coast local, and Realtor for 10 years specializes in residential sales on the Scenic Coast and South County. She brings a background in accounting and business together to gift the team with transaction coordinating. CJ helps the clients navigate through the ever changing mountains of disclosures, contracts, and escrow documents involved with every transaction. As a military officer’s daughter, CJ has had the opportunity to live all over the world and experience diverse cultures which has richly benefited her real estate practice. CJ lives and enjoys the quaint little beach community of Cayucos.
